Alpha Male StatusAlpha Male LeadershipThe alpha male is in charge and wouldn’t have it any other way. He is responsible for decisions that impact the entire pack. He has the confidence that his choices as pack leader will achieve and possibly surpass the desired goal state. He makes decisions that he believes are right given the circumstances. He uses his resources responsibly with the well-being of the pack in mind. He acts independently when necessary and never loses sight of the goal of attaining more control and authority. He has the vision that allows him to see the goal state, the determination and resources to make it reality, and the assertiveness required to handle problems as they arise. The alpha male does not put his pack in harm’s way unless necessary. In which cases, the pack is willingly ready to die for their pack leader, since they hold him in such high esteem. He is simply too important to the overall success of the pack, so he is protected. One simply has to look at how political leaders are surrounded by security personnel whenever they are in public to see this concept in action...
