Alpha Male StatusAlpha Male ResourcesResources are simply tools necessary for survival. As the leader of the pack, the alpha male plays a chief role in ensuring survival of the clan. Since the beginning of time, one of the alpha male’s main responsibilities has been to acquire as many resources as necessary for his pack. In the past, this meant things such as food or clean water, land, wood, weapons, etc. In the animal world it’s food, shelter, safety, etc. Nowadays there are three resources the human alpha male must strive to acquire: money, connections and knowledge. The alpha male strives to have control and authority over as much of these resources as possible. That is one of the alpha male’s main responsibilities. He gathers resources that he in turn provides to his pack, or his people, saving the most for his family, ensuring that they will not only survive, but thrive. Resources are the oil in the vehicle that takes the alpha male neophyte on his journey, because resources keep things running smoothly.
