Alpha Male Status
Alpha Male Warrior
The alpha male is sometimes like a soldier. He is constantly fighting
to achieve peak potential.
As such, he must train his body as if he was going into an all out
war before guns were invented. This doesn’t mean that he needs
to use steroids or spends hours in the gym. It does mean, however,
that the alpha male must take care of his body.
Life is a long, grueling battle that is eventually lost to time.
The alpha male must nourish himself sufficiently to make it in the
long run. His body is like a machine, taking in good food and water,
and using the calories to satisfy his nutritional needs. The alpha
male exercises with a healthy intensity.
Cardio and weight training are important to the alpha male’s
long term survival. The alpha male neophyte faces this fact sooner
rather than later and forms and executes a plan of action to lose
fat and build muscle.
In the past, it was incredibly important for the alpha male to
be in the best possible physical condition, given the harsh environment
and difficult actions needed to gather resources. While this is
not necessary today to obtain resources,
the warrior mentality
is helpful when facing problems.
The alpha male is “lean and mean” able to handle any
physical threat that seeks to challenge him should he be separated
by his pack. Simply put, the alpha male can hold his own in a fight
and being in good shape helps...
